What is Pilates?

Pilates is exercise for your core. The core, which is comprised of abdominal muscles, is the stable base from which all other movements are performed.

Pilates creates unparalleled mind-body awareness by focusing on proper form and quality of movement with every exercise. Imagine the impact a stronger, leaner, more flexible body will have on your performance with your sport, your work, your play.


Pilates exercises involve specialized equipment such as the Reformer (above) to strengthen core muscles.

Kathy has a masters of science degree in physical therapy. As a licensed P.T., she accommodates for different ability levels and pre-existing injuries to create a comfortable but challenging Pilates program for you.

One-on-one instruction to provide you with optimal feedback and coaching. Includes matwork, reformer, or both.

Single Session
One hour private instruction

5 Session Package
One hour private instruction

10 Session Package
One hour private instruction

Duet Session
